Dave is a Senior Principal at MKA and a Design Leader of the firm's Residential Specialist Group. His portfolio of more than 50 residential projects includes towers up to 65 stories, multi-block developments up to 1 million square feet and 35 projects in areas of high seismicity, such as San Francisco. Dave also leads MKA's Parking Specialist Group and is a key member of the cutting-edge Performance-Based Design Technical Specialist Team.
